Ronald Brown owner of Brown & Associates Inc., has been engaged in Real Estate in the Albuquerque area since 1974 as a Real Estate Broker and Developer. He formed Brown & Associates, Inc. in 1981 as a company primarily engaged in real estate development. He has developed residential lots for multifamily, commercial
office
and industrial properties in Albuquerque, Taos, Los Lunas and Belen. Over the
past 20 years he has focused primarily on residential lot development for area
homebuilders where he has sold in excess of 3,000 residential lots representing
more than $85 million in total lot sales volume in the area working with 20 or
more of the top builders in the region. Ron and his wife JoAnn are business
partners who share the same strong commitment to providing their clients with
superior service.JoAnn Brown, Associate Broker, has been in Real Estate for 10 or more years managing, selling, building and making sure clients needs are met. She has a genuine passion for helping home buyers find the perfect home. She takes pride in combining attention to personal service and experience to get the results you deserve. She listens carefully to needs, wants and wishes, taking on the home buying or selling experience as if it were her own.
Ron began development in Sunrise Bluffs in 1998 with his wife, JoAnn who manages the day to day sales operation and marketing for Sunrise Bluffs. As a land owned community, Sunrise Bluffs is unique in offering an affordable 55+ Gated Community in the quaint town of Belen just 30 minutes south of Albuquerque with easy on and off access to I-25 at exit 191 Camino Del Llano. Sunrise Bluffs was the first 55+ Gated Active Lifestyle Community of its kind in a several county area and the first retirement community developed and built by Ron & JoAnn. JoAnn and Ron sell new homes and represent homeowners who are selling their homes at Sunrise Bluffs in addition to representing both buyers and sellers throughout the Albuquerque and surrounding area.
